OLED Display and Intuitive Probe Indicator
The OLED technology on the Xplus’ 5.5" display delivers deeper blacks and higher contrast than conventional screens – colours and details are rendered accurately even under demanding lighting conditions, and the screen can be adjusted for use outdoors in sunlight. The CMOS multi-pixel sensor achieves a resolution of up to 1920×1080 pixels and captures cracks, material fatigue, weld defects and deposits that are difficult to see with other solutions. A visual indicator on the display shows the probe head’s exact position and angle at all times – useful for systematic coverage of large inspection surfaces. All ports are protected by shock-absorbing strips. WiFi and Bluetooth are available as an option.
The Market’s Widest Probe Range
Xplus supports probes with diameters from 1.1 to 8.4 mm and lengths from 0.5 to 10 metres. The light selection is uniquely wide: white light, LED, IR and UV can be chosen according to need. A dual-mode version enables front and side viewing separately or simultaneously for complete coverage without withdrawing the probe. Where temperature in the inspection area is relevant – such as in turbine rooms or heat exchangers – probes with an integrated temperature sensor are available. All probes are armoured with tungsten braid to withstand intensive daily industrial use over a long period.
