WaterLinked DVL – Doppler Velocity Log
A Doppler Velocity Log measures your vehicle's velocity relative to the seabed using four acoustic transducers. This gives your ROV accurate station keeping, terrain following, and the foundation for autonomous navigation – capabilities that previously required far larger and more expensive vehicles. WaterLinked offers four models, so you can choose by range and vehicle size:
- DVL A50 – the world's smallest DVL. 5 cm–50 m altitude, up to 3.75 m/s. For the smallest ROVs.
- DVL A100 – compact mini DVL. 5 cm–100 m altitude, up to 5 m/s.
- DVL A125 – the world's smallest long-range DVL. 5 cm–125 m altitude, up to 9 m/s, depth rating to 4000 m.
- DVL A250 – the longest range in the series. 30 cm–250 m altitude, up to 15 m/s, depth rating to 4000 m.
- Common to all: ±1% long-term accuracy, integrated AHRS for dead reckoning navigation, Ethernet and serial interface, and an embedded computer for standalone operation.

WaterLinked Sonar 3D-15
The Sonar 3D-15 is a real-time 3D imaging sonar small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. It gives ROV pilots a three-dimensional view of their surroundings even in murky water where the camera falls short – ideal for navigation, obstacle avoidance, and inspection.
- Real-time 3D multibeam imaging with 16,000 beams (voxels)
- 15 m acoustic range
- 90° horizontal field of view
- 300 m depth rating
- Just 0.39 kg in water
- Ethernet communication, web GUI, and API
The geo-referenced point cloud can be used for detailed 3D models of underwater objects and terrain, or to support real-time autonomous navigation.
